BLINK at the Gallery with Owens + Crawley

Dick Waller’s ArtPlace, on historic Court Street, is thrilled to participate in BLINK by welcoming the Indianapolis-based artistic team Owens + Crawley to the gallery October 12-15.

The artists’ large-scale light sculptures explore the possibilities when blending art and science and will highlight the BLINK theme in the gallery at 130 West Court Street. Quincy Owens and Luke Crawley’s public art installations are found across the nation and are beloved, vibrant, and, appropriately, blinking.

The ArtPlace is a bright stop on the BLINK trail, right in the middle of the action.

WHEN: Dick Waller’s ArtPlace will be open for BLINK from 7-11 pm, October 12th through the 15th at 130 West Court Street in downtown Cincinnati. BLINK is expected to be one of the largest light, art, and projection mapping events in the nation.

The four-day event will feature large-scale projection mapping installations, murals, urban artscapes, media light, interactive art, and music. BLINK will span 20 city blocks, from Cincinnati’s Banks to Findlay Market. BLINK is free and open to the public—no tickets are required. http://www.blinkcincinnati.com
